Purchases
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Prices are in US dollars, with applicable taxes displayed at checkout. Keep your receipt for your download and order details.
We do not offer discretionary refunds, including for change of mind or compatibility issues. This does not limit refunds or remedies required by applicable law, or Lemon Squeezy’s refund decisions under its buyer terms and policies.
Crystal Clear Orbs
CCO is US $10 as a one-time purchase for up to three activated devices, with lifetime CCO updates. Future features, release dates, and lifetime personal support are not promised.

Patch Bay 1.1.0
Purchase and use
Patch Bay is US $5 one time, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. Your purchase permits personal or business use of Patch Bay on your own PC. No subscription, account, or activation key is required. You may retain a backup copy.
Patch Bay remains the property of BCR Software, LLC. Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the installer for use by other purchasers. Do not copy the program’s code or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits that activity.
Compatibility and support
This release is intended for Windows 11 x64. Compatibility depends on your PC, audio devices, drivers, Windows configuration, and individual apps. Patch Bay changes Windows default audio devices; apps with their own audio selection may not follow them. Microphone mute applies only to the default microphone. Compatibility with every computer is not guaranteed.
If Patch Bay does not work on your computer, contact support@crystalclearorbs.com with error details or screenshots. Review diagnostic files for private information before sharing them.
We will make a best-effort attempt to improve compatibility in future editions while we maintain the program. We cannot guarantee a fix, a future release, a response time, or a support duration. Your purchase does not promise future updates or indefinite support.
Refunds
We do not offer discretionary refunds, including for change of mind or compatibility issues. This policy does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, or Lemon Squeezy’s refund decisions under its buyer terms and policies. Contact support if something is not working.
Privacy and third-party components
Patch Bay does not record or transmit audio and makes no application network requests. Preferences and rolling diagnostic logs stay on your PC unless you choose to share them. The app’s Privacy.txt contains more details. Included Microsoft runtime components retain their own licenses and notices in the download’s Third-party folder.
These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Website privacy
This site has no account system, contact form, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts added by BCR. Fonts and images are served with the site. The animation preview runs in your browser and does not connect to your audio devices.
When the site is hosted on Cloudflare, Cloudflare processes connection information to deliver and protect the site. Following a purchase link opens Lemon Squeezy, which handles checkout and customer orders under its own policies. Emailing support shares the information you choose to send.
